Under the cover of an old wooden bridge, a lady breaks from the afternoon sun to pose?  Yup, pose for the camera cause its what bloggers do isn't it?  Granted I take more candid photos than most know, by candid I mean without posing.  Simple as snapping the photo as the AO cycles through the many "dear lord let me not look noob" animations that we ALL buy way to many of.   Candids are tops because more often than not it's not prepped, no spot is actually sought out to get the perfect picture.  It's where you are, in what your in, and it's on a whim most times.  So what do you wear around your house?  Where will the next snap of the camera happen?  This ole bridge isn't so old in detail but it is a beauty and so fitting to the surroundings.  On this particular day, several of my fav designers were on hand to create a pretty cool look for the day.  Hair: Me.hair - Royce / Everything Pack Skin: Devine Perfection - Devon ...

It's a thrown together look for a minutes retreat from the daily grind.  Yeah, who'd a thought there can be one of those in the other life.  As of lately I've taken on quite a bit and am finding that I love every minute of it.  So when I get the moment to snap a photo, I do.  Can't always get it posted a quick as it can be snapped.  Downside to everything isn't there?  We do what we can, when we can do it and the rest will wait for another day :) Tossed out fo the closet and onto the bod for a day of building is entirely from the designers at Egoisme .  Pretty decent gettup I think. I've blogged both of these designers before and surely if I'm lucky I'll blog them again.   Their designs are fun, fashionable, trendy and even in some cases a taste of days gone by.  Perhaps waking up the past, bringing some of the old back into the new as often happens in real life fashion is what these two are doing.  Wonder if they know that?  Hmm .... This is the 100th posting to Run@Muk Style.  Yeah, I know that it may not seem like a big deal to anyone else but for me.  Took a while to get here cause of that dreaded real life, none the less the blog is still going strong, great designers are still be blogged and the passion I have for helping others be known is stronger than ever.  Now that is somethin' :)  We're goin' commando for the big 100!  Get your mind out of the gutter!  Not the 'ya ain' got no panties on' type of commando.  Sorry :(   Maybe next time. Pictures From Home is something new I'm going to do, when I remember ;)  Could be called a series or whatever, mainly though its just what it says it is.  Lotta times I'll take off for locations unknown around the grid to find the perfect setting for the perfect photo to represent the outfit of the day.  Other times, home is where it's at.  Our home is as versatile in scenery as the flavors that roll from the designers minds.  It's a beautiful place to capture a fleeting moment with the partner, as well as the perfect photo for the blog.  While only bits and pieces will come out in pictures, I'm very happy to give you all a little glimpse of  our getaway on the grid. Reason for Hope might could have been named better.  That is had I thought about the photograph more that I did getting it out here for you all.  Really it's not the photo, so much as the organization that one of the designers does donate all sales proceeds toward.  Perhaps you've heard of RAWA, Perhaps not.  I've done my own homework prior to making this post, please take the time to do yours.  Revolutionary Association of the Women of Afghanistan is an organization who is dedicated to giving these women back the voice that was taken from them many years ago.  Many social activities have been launched to aid in educating, providing healthcare and even financial assistance to those women who are so inclined to take on a small business under the wings of RAWA.  When light is cast upon those whose civil rights are being repeatedly violated and in most instances disregarded entirely, we become aware, then we can become part of the solution.  This is ...

The backdrop isn't as visible in this photo as I would have like for it to be.  For what its worth, it is an amazingly diverse place to visit and explore.  The Looking Glass is located on Horizon Dream sim, do travel over and wander about, oh the sights you will see!  From a quaint village hidden from immediate view to a touch of fantasy where vivid colors abound, to ancient ruins that hosts a small grave yard just outside the broken walls, it's a must see. Another awesome aspect is that the scenery gains a completely new perspective if you change the sky settings. Really am not going to say a ton about this outfit from EMO-tions . LOU LOU speaks for herself. Both hair and outfit of the same name, both equally fun and flirty. Included with the ess is the shoes and bangles, love ~ love ~ love them! Hair is sold seperately with the hat that is color change, 6 color options. The skin is from Devine Perfection , Saboo Tan w/ Cleavage to be precise on the name. It's soft and delicate in both skin appearance and in the choosen makeup shades as well. Saboo is professional, fun loving, friendly, inviting, carefree, serious ... its the 'can do' skin without needing the change from one aspect of second life to the next. We all know that our sl lives can be jam packed with spur of the moments, Saboo is good to go!

Normally I only toss one photo to the posting of new releases or past ones that I'm slow at getting to. Today will be an except 'cause the full effect of the chosen garmets, hair and skin really deserved an in your face kinda view. Line Goth Dress from Aliza Karu , lacey ~ deep and dark ~ frilly? The skirt attachment has gathers at the waist giving the skirt the poofy look that we'd see in the other world - ya know, the real one?. The dress itself is very appealing to the vamp side of me. Aliza Karu did a fine job of putting lace in another light, stepping a bit outside the norm of lingerie and the like, that soft and sultry can be dark and devious. **Went to check out the current price of the dress for ya'll, found the shop difficult to locate things in, and I was more than a little laggy. Most definitely the smexiest Lycan on the grid got the right angle on this little number. My dance partner at Transylvania, fantastic photographer and love of my life in both worlds took a break with me to enjoy some time alone. The choosen outfit for the night, appropriately named "Smokin" is from Graffitiwear . Not a better name could have been thought up for it neither. A great deal that rolls off the creative mind of Chalice Piers ends up being among my favorite clothes to hoard.
