Trace ~ The Dreamer's Paradise
A 'splorin' we will go, a 'splorin' we will go! The Trace is the location of choice to snap the shutter on the ole cam a few times. It's another of those places from the handy dandy SL Destination Guide, a must read for those who find themselves among the "bored in sl" state of mind. The Celestial Realm is the sim that holds The Trace. It is a full on outdoor experience that is unbelievably relaxing and beautifully designed. Lots of opportunity to add to your photo album, especially at the waterfall where there are literally tons of animations for one person or a couple. Gotta love when the clothes you choose for the day fit seamlessly into one of the places you just happen to tp into.
Discord Designs creates some of the most fun, funky and definitely unique braids that I have seen in a while. This is actually the first style of braids that I have ever purchased. I love it! Found the store some years ago but since the styles weren't what I was looking for at the time, I'd pretty much forgotten they existed. Until today. Discord Designs is at Hair Fair 4 this year with several great styles to benefit the charity. This particular one IS NOT from Hair Fair but Ohna can be found at their mainstore. Each color pack is L$180 and has 5 or 6 different shades/ This particular shade is Scarlett from the Intense Reds pack.
QE Designs is offering up Elly Mae in Green at Summer Break Festival. It's a complete mesh outfit that includes top, skirt, double belt - embossed with great detail & boots. To cute! The set includes flexi mesh that currently I am not able to view since it isn't a feature supported by Firestorm or SL Viewer just yet. It is explained in the notecard included in the set for those who are interested. Honestly, mesh that moves sounds like a great idea to me. Maybe it will come about soon for all of us who wishes our clothes moved as fluidly as our avatar does on a lagless day in sl.
My skin and shape is from Liliskins, a new to me designer of beautiful skins and shapes that couple perfectly together. I was able to pick from a Small, Medium or Large shape to wear which just tickled me to death. Each skin has several options of hairbase, cleavage and tones. Maxine is pictured in Meadow makeup shades in a bronze skin tone. It can be found at Summer Break Festival along with the accessories I wore today.
A starfish necklace from AZE Designs and a really nice Summer Fun beaded bracelet from Xpressions finish out the outfit. While they aren't all country style like the Elly Mae outfit, they are both really nice none the less. The necklace and bracelet might be more suited a beach bunny who loves to soak up the sun but meh, I wear what I like. Today isn't no different.
