Exploring SL
Tonight a did a bit of exploring! Absolutely need to do it a whole lot more. It's relaxing, mindless and you find gorgeous places to take blog pictures. Hazardous is the setting for this particular photo. It is a venue whose rustic charm is filled with surprises like a well that you can jump down if you're feeling adventurous. There is also this fabulous waterway that flows through the center of the parcel where the light hits the water just right to create scenery that is breathtaking. Naturally, I couldn't resist the urge to do a little snapping of the camera.
I got dress two days ago with the full intention of blogging a few awesome events that are filled with even more awesome designers. Sadly, generally I get busy building for my inworld store and before you know it, the events are past. Well that didn't happen this time.
One of my most favorite hair designers, Nita Bracken of Tameless is taking part in this years Hair Fair. She has created 5 outstanding designs just for the occasion. This particular style is Dusti, a super sexy, kick ass cut that has a sweep of long hair that beautiful drapes to the right side while the rest is rather close to the scalp. It has attitude and softness at the same time. You can find it only at Hair Fair 4. The charity for this years event is Wigs For Kids. More than enough reason there to get yourself a new virtual do.
Kyxe Skins is the creator of today's lovely wood tone skin. It is a group gift that is still available. The group is FREE!! Honestly, I was totally blown away by how wonderful the gift is. I love the coloring for the make-up, just dark enough to be seductive and sexy.
Summer Break Festival is also up and running. It's simply a celebration of summer time hosted by Feeb's Rascals Events. The event features a whole slew of designers from fashion to home & garden. Dead Dolls is one of that slew. This awfully comfy and cute mesh top and skirt is just one of the items being offered up by Kiddo Oh. It is called Patience & Prudence. The crop cotton top is adorned with a blue ribbon makes it just cute as can be. Add that top to a denim maxi skirt and you have serious comfort; never mind that the skirt sits low on the hips showing off a little butt cleavage *winks* Head on over to the Summer Break Festival to pick up a few new things to keep you cool this summer.
